Thayaalan (or Dylan, as he is known to his industry counterparts) is a shipbroker and an Associate Director at Braemar Shipbroking Pte. Ltd. Like Alvin, Dylan made the transition to maritime late in his career from an entirely different industry — the uniformed services. From a solo contributor, he now leads a finds fulfillment in mentoring a team of junior shipbrokers.
